1. Currently attending Arizona State University
2. U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident (includes DACA participants)
3. Programs focus on historically underserved Black, Hispanic/Latinx, and Native American populations
4. Fellows are expected to maintain a 2.0 GPA minimum while participating in any program
5. Ability to complete monthly assignments and attend all virtual or in-person seminars
